HKL-93 Automatic Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Flash Point Tester conforms to ASTM D93 Standard Test Methods for Flash Point by Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Tester. It is used to test for those liquids which have a kinematic viscosity of 5.8mm2s (cSt) or more at 37.8℃ or 9.5mm2/s (cSt) or more at 25℃ (77℉), or that contain suspended solids, or have a tendency to form a surface film while under test. These departments for liquids using these test methods have established other classification flash points.
Features
It is equipped with a large color LCD screen, an all-English interactive interface, and a touchscreen keyboard. Parameters such as preset temperature, sample number, atmospheric pressure, and test date can be entered through a guided menu prompt system.
It simulates and tracks the temperature rise curve over time, and provides English software prompts for error correction and modification, as well as reminders for parameters such as test date and test time.
It is equipped with a standard RS-232 computer interface and can store 10 screens (pages) of content and 120 sets of historical data. After connecting to a computer, it can realize large-capacity data storage and long-term preservation.
