1. The HKL-SSR Series Digital Rotational Viscometer implements the measurement of viscosity based on a coaxial cylinder and a small-sample adapter. Therefore, the volume of the specimen required for one measurement is just 7-13 ml (except for Rotor No. 0, which requires 21 ml). 2. Besides, a circulating water jacket can be installed as well. It works together with the thermostatic bath to maintain the sample temperature exactly as required, thereby aiding temperature control.

Overview

The HKL-SSR Series Digital Rotational Viscometer implements the measurement of viscosity based on a coaxial cylinder and a small-sample adapter. Therefore, the volume of the specimen required for one measurement is just 7-13 ml (except for Rotor No. 0, which requires 21 ml). It can also be equipped with a circulating water jacket for temperature control. When used with a thermostatic bath, it maintains the exact sample temperature. The instrument is easy to operate and delivers reliable, accurate results, making it ideal for measuring valuable or limited-volume samples.

2. HKL-DC0506W Low-Temperature Thermostatic Bath for Viscometers

  • It uses a highly capable single-chip microcomputer as its brain, features automatic PID adjustment, and is equipped with high-quality Japanese platinum resistors. A top-notch Embraco refrigeration compressor provides rapid cooling and precise temperature regulation. All parameters are clearly displayed on a large backlit LCD screen. Break protection and thermostatic liquid level protection are included to prevent instrument malfunction and heating element operation without water. The instrument operates reliably and stably, with user-friendly controls.

  • Great linear response through the whole temperature control range. Thanks to a display resolution of 0.1, the DCW (N) series can limit the dosage accuracy error to less than 0.2°C and keep the temperature fluctuations within ±0.05°C.

  • Temperature Control Range: -5 ~ 100℃
