HKL-6370 Mechanical Admixtures Tester conforms to ГОСТ 6370 Method for determination of mechanical admixtures. The core idea of this method is to screen the test items by first dissolving the slowly filtering ones in gasoline or toluene, then washing the residue on the filter with a solvent and finally drying and weighing.

  1. It is composed of an electric heating mantle, a funnel and a filtration system. The design is rational and the operation is simple and friendly to the user.

  2. The heating mantle gets its power from an adjustable voltage controller, so that different testings can be done involving the changes of temperature accurately.

  3. The system contains two different fully independent units. It means that samples can be duplicated and tested at the same time or the units can be used separately.

  4. It is equipped with a dual-column heating bath that allows programming of the temperature settings and has an automatic thermostatic control.
