Overview
HKL-130 Oil Bath Copper Strip Corrosion Tester conforms to the ASTM D130 Standard Test Method for Corrosiveness to Copper from Petroleum Products by Copper Strip Test. A polished copper strip is immersed in a specific volume of the sample being tested and heated under conditions of temperature and time that are specific to the class of material being tested. At the end of the heating period, the copper strip is removed, washed and the color and tarnish level assessed against the ASTM Copper Strip Corrosion Standard.
Features
The instrument adopts a two-tier overall structure, with the upper layer housing the circuit control section and the lower layer containing the oil bath heating section.
The heating system utilizes heating rods, with temperature controlled by an imported digital display temperature controller. The sensor utilizes a Pt100, offering high sensitivity, excellent resolution, strong anti-interference capability, compact size, and precise temperature control and measurement. The digital display provides clear and intuitive readings.
The instrument features oil bath heating, and the panel is made of stainless steel, ensuring a clean and tidy operation process that is easy to clean, greatly enhancing convenience for the operator.
