Overview
HKL-1838 LPG Copper Strip Corrosion Tester conforms to the ASTM D1838 Standard Test Method for Copper Strip Corrosion by Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gases. A polished copper strip is immersed in approximately 100 ml of the sample and exposed at a temperature of 37.8°C (100℉) for 1 h in a cylinder of suitable working pressure. At the end of this period, the copper strip is removed and rated as one of the four classifications of the ASTM Copper Strip Corrosion Standard.
Features
The instrument adopts a two-tier integrated structure, with the upper layer housing the electronic control system and the lower layer containing the water bath heating assembly.
The instrument adopts an electric heating tube system for temperature rise, with digital PID temperature controller to precisely regulate heating temperature, ensuring accurate and high-precision temperature control, while providing intuitive digital display.
The water bath utilizes motorized stirring to minimize temperature gradient differences within the bath.

The oxygen bomb is made of imported stainless steel and equipped with a high-quality dedicated stainless steel ball valve, which has minimal friction and is precision-crafted for durability.
