Overview
HKL-2595 Lubricating Grease Wide Temperature Range Evaporation Loss Tester conforms to the ASTM D2595 Standard Test Method for Evaporation Loss of Lubricating Greases Over Wide-Temperature Range. This apparatus covers the determination of evaporation loss of lubricating greases at temperatures between 93 °C and 316 °C (200 °F and 600 °F).
Features
The instrument has a left-right split layout, where the control part is placed on the left side and the operation one - on the right side. Besides, it is small in size and looks nice.
Heating is done by an electric hot plate which, along with temperature measurement, uses a Pt100 sensor. The sensor is very sensitive, provides neat resolution, has the feature of strong anti-interference, small size and excellent accuracy of temperature control, also it digital display is easily understood.
The varnish maker device is constructed of the usual stainless steel which makes cleaning very easy apart from being corrosion resistant.
Imported from Japan, a high-precision digital temperature controller is employed to guarantee precise and efficient temperature control in all stages of operation. Apart from displaying temperature clearly, it also offers excellent temperature regulation accuracy.
The highly accurate digital timer provides exact timing from 0 to 99 hours and 60 minutes.
The right side of the instrument has a highly efficient LED light that helps the user to see very clearly the mercury thermometer scale inside the chamber. The lamp's angle can be freely changed to suit the best view.
A clear observation window is placed to facilitate monitoring and sample handling during operation.
