Overview
HKL-4925 Apparatus for Fluidity at low temperature conforms to the ISO 4925 Road vehicles — Specification of nonpetroleum-based brake fluids for hydraulic systems. The apparatus is applicable for determining the fluidity and appearance changes of brake fluid at low temperatures, used to evaluate the low-temperature stability of the brake fluid.
Features
The instrument has been built according to the standard specifications to ensure that it fully satisfies the testing requirements laid down.
This instrument adopts imported compressor refrigeration technology, which means that the instrument doesn’t need any circulating cooling water. It uses fan air cooling and upon power connection, it can achieve rapid refrigeration.
The instrument is fitted with a smart digital-display PID temperature controller for accurate control. Besides, the very accurate PT100 sensor greatly enhances resolution, anti-interference ability, and accurate temperature control.
The instrument is equipped with a copper tube cold chamber of φ280×200mm size, which not only provides a large cold storage capacity but also facilitates easy sample handling to the users.
The instrument controller uses a timer to regulate the Sample Preparation Time, displaying a range of 99H59M on an intuitive screen while ensuring precise and accurate timekeeping.
The heating system consists of electric heating rods and allows accurately controlling the temperature of the cooling bath.
