The HKL-1193 Ultra-Pure Water System conforms to the ASTM D1193 Standard Specification for Reagent Water and ASTM D5127 Standard Guide for Ultra-Pure Water Used in the Electronics and Semiconductor Industries. Such an instrument may be used to satisfy chemical analysis and physical test methods’ water requirements while also meeting the water quality specifications for electronics and semiconductor industry manufacturing matters.
