Operation is easy: To start the gas production, simply flip the power switch and a constant output pressure will be maintained.
The flow rate can be seen on an LED digital display which is very clear and simple to read.
The purifier consists of PC polycarbonate tubes that offer great resistance against pressure, chemical changes, and impacts, as well as long-lasting capability due to the inherent strength of the material.
The daily maintenance is just daily replenishing of distilled water, allowing the machine to be used continuously.
Working with integrated design (including reservoir, hydrogen production through electrolysis, and oxygen discharge) at low cell temperature and with longer cell life.
It comes with a liquid anti-backflow device, which guarantees that no reverse flow in the instrument.

Q1: What is the main purpose of a hydrogen generator?
A: Hydrogen generators produce very pure hydrogen for different uses. They are connected to Gas chromatographs (GC) to supply fuel gas for detectors like Flame Ionization Detectors (FID) or Flame Photometric Detectors (FPD). They deliver a number of different reaction gases on demand as well. These units do away with the need for high-pressure hydrogen cylinders, and instead provide a safer, more convenient, and continuous source of hydrogen for laboratories.
Q2: What purity level does the hydrogen you produce have?
A: This equipment is based on state-of-the-art Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) pure water electrolysis technology. It generates hydrogen of up to 99.999% purity (dry and free of hydrocarbons) totally satisfying the high-purity specifications for gas chromatography analysis.
Q3: Can the generator’s flow rate keep up with the requirements of my gas chromatograph?
A: Different models are available from us with flow rates between 300 ml/min and 1000 ml/min. These can be single or multiple gas chromatograph setups running at the same time. Q4: How long does it take to produce stable hydrogen after startup?
A: After startup, instrument normally achieves set pressure and purity within 5-10 mins, and then quickly goes to stable working condition with NO long waiting times.
