Overview
The HKL-UPTpro Ultra-Pure Water System conforms to the ASTM D1193 Standard Specification for Reagent Water and ASTM D5127 Standard Guide for Ultra-Pure Water Used in the Electronics and Semiconductor Industries. This instrument fits the water requirement criteria of chemical analysis and physical testing methods. Besides, it also meets the water quality specifications associated with electronics and semiconductor industry manufacturing.

The entire housing is made with one-time mold injection molding, resulting in a beautiful and slim looking body.
5.1-inch color touch screen with an intuitive and lively interface control system.
Includes features such as startup self-check, water level alarm, and auto-shutdown when the container is full.
Featuring a sophisticated touch-activated water dispensing mechanism for easy and comfortable use.
The quality and temperature of RO (Reverse Osmosis) and UP (Ultra-Pure) water are monitored continuously.
The consumable life management feature shows the amount of life left and gives you automatic replacement alerts.
Password protected system settings so no unauthorized data changes can be made.
Automatic flushing of the RO membrane to prevent scaling and prolong membrane life.
Water quality alarms will be set off automatically when levels are below the set thresholds.
Imported Terminal Filter: 0.2μm PES filtration membrane is capable of microbial retention and hence it can effectively remove particles and bacteria.
Automatic quality-controlled circulation ensures stable water quality all the time.
The system can be set for time (year/month/day/hour/minute), flushing duration, timed shutdown (0–24h) and standby sleep mode (0–60 minutes).
Users can set their preferences for how long pre-filters, RO membrane, UV lamp, and ultra-pure water cartridge last.
Additional features that can be added: dual-stage reverses osmosis, UV sterilization module, and UF ultrafiltration membrane.
Operation status signal are provided for modes such as circulation, water production, flushing, full tank, and low water.
Two-level password protection (factory and user) allows for system configuration security.
The pre-treatment system can eliminate particulate matter, residual chlorine, organic compounds, and odors in the feed water.
The main unit uses ABS material, with water-electricity separation to prevent corrosion, resist moisture, and improve safety.
Ultrapure Cartridge: The full downward-flow purification is used in this cartridge to avoid resin stratification and the column efficiency is thus well maintained.
Electrodes: Permit in situ, very accurate determination of UP and RO water quality.
Dual-Wavelength UV Lamp (185/254): Original imported lamp- great for lowering TOC levels while also sterilizing and preventing bacterial growth.
